§ 1
INTRODUCTION

1. These Terms & Conditions specify the terms of use of the online registration and ticket sales service available at http://www.biletynatargi.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

 

2. The owner and administrator of the Website is Murator EXPO sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw, ul. Dęblińska 6, postal code 04-187, entered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Economic Division under KRS No. 0000090687,being a VAT payer with the tax identification number (NIP) 113-21–59-933, share capital: PLN 770 000, reprezented by: Jacek Oryl – President of the Management Board and Renata Krzewska – Vice-President of the Management Board.

 

3. This online service is designed in particular for the purpose of:
a. The purchase of online entry tickets entry to our fairs
b. The accreditation of the media
c. The registration of participants entitled by Murator EXPO to free entry
d. The registration to selected accompanying events.

 

§ 2
TICKET SALES

General Information

 

1. The tickets are offered by Murator EXPO sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw, ul. Dęblińska 6, postal code 04-187, entered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 12th Economic Division under KRS No. 0000090687, being a VAT payer with the tax identification number (NIP) 113-21–59-933, share capital: PLN 770 000, represented by: Jacek Oryl – President of the Management Board and Renata Krzewska – Vice-President of the Management Board.

 

2. The ticket is a document entitling its holder to entry to a selected fair. Conditions of purchase of the online ticket:
a. The ticket order form must be correctly filled out;
b. You must accept these Terms & Conditions and the Rules & Regulations of the Fair available in the description of each fair published on the Website www.biletynatargi.pl;
c. You must agree to the processing of your personal data by Murator EXPO sp. z o.o. to the extent necessary for the execution of the ticket sale;
d. You must pay for the ticket(s) ordered.

 

3. Murator EXPO’s partner for the purpose of the on-line payment for the tickets bought at www.biletynatargi.pl is PayPro SA. The payment is possible only through the online service przelewy24.pl, owned by PayPro SA. PayPro SA shall be responsible for the security and successful completion of the payment under its Rules & Regulations.

 

4. By sending the order form, you confirm that all information provided in the order form are true. Murator EXPO shall not be responsible for incorrect or untrue information. In particular for an incorrect e-mail address.

 

5. All prices indicated on the Website are gross prices.

 

6. All payments are processed in PLN.

 

Ticket Purchase Procedure

 

7. First choose the fair you are interested in from the list of available events. Using the ‘buy ticket’ option, choose the number and type of tickets. After selecting the ticket(s), fill out the order form. Please fill out the order form carefully, in particular making sure that the e-mail address is correct. Providing an incorrect e-mail address will make the execution of your order impossible.

 

8. After choosing the option ‘pay for the ticket’ you will be redirected to przelewy24.pl, where you will be able to complete your payment.

 

9. The purchase contract between you and Murator EXPO will be concluded at the moment when the payment is successfully completed. The payment is considered successfully completed upon the receipt by Murator EXPO of information about the payment.

 

10. The tickets will be automatically sent to your e-mail address provided in the order form upon the receipt of information about the payment by the system. If you do not receive the ticket(s) within 1 hour from the order, please contact Murator EXPO at bilety@muratorexpo.pl. Note: All applications will be examined within the working times of Murator EXPO, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 except bank holidays.

 

11. The ticket will be sent as an attachment in PDF format. Print it out on white A-4 paper, so that the security codes are legible for the scanner and present it at the ticket checkpoint at the fair.

 

12. The ticket will be verified at the ticket checkpoint at the fair. It is secured by a QR code and can be used only once.

 

13. The ticket may not be altered, copied or reproduced in any other way.

 

14. You shall be responsible for preventing the ticket from being accessed by third persons.

 

15. Murator EXPO shall not be responsible for unauthorized use of the ticket by third parties.

 

16. If the ticket is illegible or damaged, it may be considered invalid.

 

Ticket returns

 

17. Tickets bought online are non-returnable (legal basis: Article 38 Point 12 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014) except for special circumstances specified in § 2 Point 18 of these Terms & Conditions.

 

18. The ticket(s) can be returned only when the fair is cancelled or the date of the fair is changed, in which case you shall not be entitled to compensation of any kind except for the return of the ticket cost. In order to return the ticket(s), please send relevant information and the ticket to bilety@muratorexpo.pl. Your payment will be returned within 14 working days to the bank account from which it was made.

 

§ 3
REGISTRATION

 

General Information

 

1. Murator EXPO may grant the right to free entry to a selected fair to certain groups of visitors on the condition of registration (e.g. journalists). Representatives of these groups can register at www.biletynatargi.pl

 

2. Conditions of registration:
a. The registration form must be correctly filled out;
b. You must accept these Terms & Conditions and the Rules & Regulations of the Fair available in the description of each event published on the Website www.biletynatargi.pl,
c. You must agree to the processing of your personal data by Murator EXPO sp. z o.o. to the extent necessary for the execution of registration;

 

3. By sending the registration form you confirm that all information provided in the registration form are true. Murator EXPO shall not be responsible for incorrect or untrue information. In particular for an incorrect e-mail address.

 

Registration procedure

 

4. First choose the fair you are interested in from the list of available events. Then fill out the registration form addressed to the relevant group (the right to free entry upon registration pertains only to the groups explicitly listed in the description of the fair). Please fill out the registration form carefully, in particular making sure that the e-mail address is correct. Providing an incorrect e-mail address will make the execution of your registration impossible.

 

5. The registration forms are verified by the administrator of the Website www.biletynatargi.pl. The registration can be rejected, if the form is filled out incorrectly or if you do not fulfill the criteria entitling you to the free entry.

 

6. After successful verification by the administrator a voucher will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your registration form. Please print out the voucher and present it at the registration desk at the fair. It will be exchanged for an ID badge. The voucher is not a document entitling you to the entry to the fair. You must first exchange it for an ID badge. The registration desk is located at the fair premises within the opening dates and times. In order to collect your ID badge you may have to deliver additional documents specified by Murator EXPO.

 

7. If you do not receive the information that your registration has been accepted or rejected within 7 days after sending the registration form, please contact Murator EXPO at rejestracja@muratorexpo.pl. Note: All applications will be examined within the working times of Murator EXPO, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:00 except bank holidays.

 

8. The voucher will be sent as an attachment in PDF format. Print it out on white A-4 paper, so that the security codes are legible for the scanner.

 

Complaints

 

9. You have the right of appeal against the decision on rejection of the registration. The complaint should be sent to the address rejestracje@muratorexpo.pl. Please state the reasons for the appeal in your message. The appeal will be examines by Murator EXPO within 14 working days.

 

10. You shall not be entitled to any compensation if the event you have registered for is cancelled or the date is changed.

 

§ 4
FINAL PROVISIONS

 

1. Under Article 24 paragraph 1 of the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 we hereby inform you that the administrator of personal data provided by the users of www.biletynatargi.pl is Murator EXPO sp. z o. o. with the seat in Warsaw (04-187), ul. Dęblińska 6. The personal data provided by the users of www.biletynatargi.pl will not be disclosed to any other entities. The users of www.biletynatargi.pl have the right to access and correct their personal data at their own discretion. The information is provided voluntarily.

 

2. All rights reserved. The use, copying and dissemination on any information available on this Website is subject to the provisions of The Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws -Dz.U. No. 24, Item 83, as amended).Any attempts at illegal entry, cracking the passwords or codes or using them in a way that is in violation of these Terms & Conditions shall have legal consequences.

 

3. Murator EXPO reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The amended Terms & Conditions shall be binding from the moment of publishing on this Website.

 

4. These Terms & Conditions shall enter into force on 2 February 2015.
